FDA action against fish from other states, makes people start fishing in panaji

Usually there is almost no one fishing in the lake in campal area, panaji, in 2018, However on 12 July 2018, FDA took action against the fish in the Margao wholesale market, which came to goa from other states, like kerala, karnataka, gujarat, andhra pradesh claiming that the fish contained formalin, which caused cancer
So the supply of fish to the fish market in panaji, and mapusa was affected.
It appears that the demand for local fish increased and at least 3-4 people were spotted fishing in the lake, Some of the anglers had a proper fishing rod, while others were only using a nylon thread for fishing.
