Lot of fish wasted

During august and september a large number of fish are caught by fishermen
Many of these fishermen, only keep the larger fish, the rest of the fish are dumped on the beach.
The newspapers are sometimes carrying photos of the fish discarded on the beach.
Not only are these fish inconvenient, they also stink, when they start decaying
This indicates the poor waste management practices.
If the governance was better, the waste fish could be used, for making fishmeal or similar products
